This website is operated by Sergio Lopez, doing business as ERT Commercial, a commercial real estate advisor with Keller Williams Infinity. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form or request an offering memorandum, we collect what you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, buyer type, brokerage and client name (if you are a broker), the property you are asking about, and your message. When you request an offering memorandum, we also record that you agreed to the confidentiality agreement and the date and time you did so.

How it is used

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, decide whether to release confidential property information, send that information, follow up about properties or services you asked about, and keep a record of confidentiality agreements. We do not sell your information.

Who it is shared with

Form submissions are delivered through a third-party form service that emails them to us. With your consent or as needed for a transaction, information may be shared with the property owner, our brokerage, or other parties to the deal. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may collect basic, aggregated traffic data, such as page views, to keep the site running and secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ertcommercial@gmail.com or calling 630-776-9082.
